TOGETHER TOWARDS DEVELOPMENT
The aim of the project is to increase the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences by supporting further professional training of employees of the NDK related enterprises, thereby improving the adaptability of workers in the labour market, increasing the reconciliation of the labour force with labour market requirements and helping enterprises adapt more flexibly to changes. Educational activities expand employees’ knowledge and skills across a range of educational needs, from IT literacy, through accounting, economic and legal courses, technical and vocational training, language learning up to managerial and other soft skills.
