In this project the concrete objectives are:

To learn what kind of vocational education in forestry is available in the organizations involved in the partnership
(e.g. what kind of networks are involved, to share experiences concerning adult education / forest owners)
To have ideas about how to develop education and training in the future (aim is better and more proactive vocational
education system that is adapted to new technological, environmental and statutory needs)
To foster mobility of students and staff
To attract students and workforce to forestry professions

The project will focus on the exchange of experience and the primary objective is to identify and share good practices in the above mentioned issues. Partners will establish a state-of-the-art description and short SWOT analysis of initial and in-service vocational training in forestry in each organization, in each participating country.
